What we would genuinely like to hear about

• Corrections. If a specification on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and note the change in the page's update log.
• Speakers we are missing. Particularly value models that are not getting coverage elsewhere — that is the whole point of this site.
• Your experience with something we recommended. Especially if it did not hold up. We would rather hear it than keep recommending it.
• Questions we have not answered. If you could not find something here, that is usually a missing page rather than a missing search term.

What we cannot help with

• Warranty claims and returns. Those go to the retailer or the manufacturer — we are a publisher, not a seller, and we cannot access your order.
• Repairs. Portable speakers are sealed to achieve their IP ratings, which makes them largely unrepairable. See how long they last.
